Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 12th + ITI in relevant trade
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in same trade (Mandatory)
- Age: 25–40 years
- Language: Basic English communication required
- Work Hours: 8 hours/day, 6 days/week
